Sheridan Maine is pleased to be partnering an established Berkshire based organisation to recruit a Senior Accountant into its team.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an expanding business based in the Reading area. The company is seeking a Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA Accountant who enjoys working as part of a team and is seeking an environment that offers forward career development opportunities.

The responsibilities of the Senior Accountant are varied and will include but are not limited to:

• Undertake technical accounting activities including, preparation of financial statements
• Preparation of Management Accounts
• Providing services to a range of stakeholders
• Oversee the year end process and preparation of tax returns
• Provision of technical accounting knowledge and possible project activities
• Supervision of a team

• Strong technical accounting experience and knowledge GAAP and IFRS
• Ideally previously mentored a team
