An immediate Finance Administrator requirement has arisen with a company based on the outskirts of Basingstoke. The position is a temporary contract and will be working within in a small, friendly team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the position will be responsible for monitoring customer payments, allocating payments to accounts and bank reconciliations. Other duties will include invoicing, raising credit notes and dealing with customer payment queries.
The desired candidate will have some prior accounting experience, good interpersonal skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
The company are not accessible by public tranpsort, therefore own transport is essential.
You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
