Your responsibilities will include:
• Responding to enquiries, bookings and complaint emails via various mailboxes using template emails and links to FAQS where possible
• Taking bookings and responding to enquiries over the phone (from the public and schools)
• Processing Memberships
• Supporting Direct Debit administration where required
• Processing refunds
• GDPR tasks
• Other admin duties as required
