Sheridan Maine are working with a rapidly growing and changing organisation based on the South Coast in Greater Portsmouth area to recruit an interim FP&A Manager for a 3-6 month period. The organisation is redefining it's structure so there will be plenty of positive challenge and a need to work at a reasonable pace to deliver in the role.
Reporting to the Finance Director you will overview all FP&A aspects to provide financial insight and reliable MI and analysis to faciliate timely and accurate decision making and planning. This will include quickly gaining an understanding of business challenges to propose and create solutions. Effectively the role will take overall control of all forcasting, budgeting and the analysis of the business model to provide insight for investment decisions and commercial planning. Ideally you will be adept with a range of business/IT systems and able to manipulate data to make performance trends more visible.
You will be a qualified accountant with proven experience of delivering a FP&A service within a medium to large commercial business. There will be a need to be able to work at pace as the business is undergoing a period of radical, but positive change and the ability to communicate effectively and efficiency at all levels will be key. It is likely you will need to be able to be onsite for 2-3 days per week so this is not a remote working opportunity. The company are seeking someone who is immediately available!
