Sheridan Maine is pleased to be working exclusively with a well established international business based in Reading who are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their busy finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with two years or less experience who is looking to join a company that will be able to provide long term career progression.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:
- Inputting invoices
- Account reconciliations
- Dealing with payment and invoice queries
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing payment runs
- Maintenance of petty cash
The successful candidate will have some prior experience of accounts payable, invoicing or banking. It is essential that the individual is enthusiastic and happy working with a dynamic, fast paced environment. Good Excel skills are desired as well as high attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
