Sheridan Maine are currently recruiting an immediate requirement for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy Newbury based company on a temporary to permanent basis.
The varied position of Customer Service Advisor, will incorporate the following tasks:
- First point of contact for customer queries
- Process customer orders
- Produce customer invoices and accurate billing information
- Liaise with internal teams including sales and finance
- Ensure customer information is up to date and accurate on the system
- Producing customer and internal reports
This excellent opportunity requires an individual who has prior customer service experience ideally within an office environment. Strong communication skills both written and verbally are essential as well as intermediate excel skills (pivot tables/ v-look ups). The successful candidate will enjoy working within a team and have an outgoing personality who is able to build good rapport with both internal colleagues and external customers.
Free parking is available and the company are also accessible by public transport. Candidate available at short notice would be preferred at this time.
