Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:
- Inputting invoices
- Account reconciliations
- Dealing with payment and invoice queries
- Preparing payment runs
- Maintenance of petty cash
The successful candidate doesn't need to have any experience although it is important to be an enthusiastic, engaging and driven individual. It is essential to have strong Excel skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
