Our client is seeking to recruit a Part Qualified Financial Accountant, as part of their business expansion plans based at their offices on the South Coast in Hampshire.
Reporting to a Finance Manager you will be actively involved in a range of accounting duties for a variety of entities and SPV funds. This will include completing all aspects of the accounting including bookkeeping, interim and annual accounts preparation and ad hoc reporting as well as liaising with clients as necessary.
You will also deal with audit queries and assist with some aspects of company secretarial matters including the preparation of filings for companies house and other regulatory bodies. There will be development opportunities such as assisting with the training of junior accountants.
Ideally you will be studying for a relevant accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA), likely gained within an accountancy practice environment, although a candidate with relevant experience who has AAT Qualifications would be considered.
