Sheridan Maine are currently recruiting for a long term temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a well known business based in West Berkshire. Situated close to public transport links, the company have an excellent working environment and supportive team culture.
This is an all encompassing Credit Control position, reporting to the Credit Manager. Duties will include;
- Managing a full UK ledger of customer accounts, ensuring monthly cash targets are met
- Review and set credit limits for new and existing customers
- Provide financial analysis and customer reports
- Weekly cash forecasting
- Processing credit notes
- Ensure a smooth management of invoice queries and resolution
- Posting accurate cash to customer accounts
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Sales Ledger / Credit Control/ Accounts Receivable, taking full ownership for a ledger of high value, large accounts. A good level of IT skills are required as well as the ability to build excellent customer relationships both internally and externally. Candidates available at short notice will be considered favourably at this time.
