Sheridan Maine are pleased to be working in partnership with a fast growing dynamic business based in Basingstoke who are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their friendly finance team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, core duties of the role will include:
- Account reconciliations
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Preparing supplier payment runs
- Handling invoice queries
- Credit card an expenses reconciliations
- Processing expenses
This is an exciting opportunity within a fast paced and expanding organisation. The suitable applicant will have a proven track record of working within Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger, ideally from a larger company background dealing with high volume complex invoicing.
The company is based in Basingstoke and are accessible by public transport. Parking is available onsite and other benefits inculde pension, 25 days holiday and healthcare.
