Sheridan Maine are pleased to be working in partnership with a fast growing national business based in Green Park who are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroller to join their dynamic finance team on a permanent basis.
The position will take full responsibility for accurately processing up to 6 monthly UK&I payrolls. Other responsibilities will include:
- Setting up new starters
- Calculating SSP, SMP, SHPP, AOE, CCV, student loans and any other payments or deductions
- Processing leavers and issuing P45
- Handling and resolving any payroll queries
- Resolving any discrepancies in payroll records
- Completing employee P60 and P11D submissions with HMRC deadline
You will be a key contact for employee pay related queries, treating sensitive data and payroll information with the highest level of confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and communication skills is crucial within this position.
The business is seeking a self motivated individual who is able to work on their own initiative and manage a busy workload. Someone with extensive payroll experience is essential as well as having a professional approach with strong time management skills.
