A rapidly growing organisation, based on the South Coast in Hampshire, and a leader in it's specialist field is seeking to recruit a Qualified Financial Reporting Manager as they continue to win new business.
Internally the role will focus on managing a small team of part and fully qualified accountants to mentor and motivate whilst reviewing their output. Externally the position will actively face off to clients deliver financial results, UK VAT returns and CIS reporting as well as potentially attending board meetings.
Specifically the role will focus on reviewing aspects of accounting for a range of property/real asset funds including SPVs and this will incorporate investor reports, statutory financial statements and dealing with ad hoc queries.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who is likely to be practice trained. Previous experience of real estate, property or infrastructure assets is a pre-requisite for this position. Good systems skills including Excel would be beneficial as would prior experience of Xero or Yardi.
