A large dynamic business based near Portsmouth is recruiting an Accounts Receivable / Sales Ledger Manager to manage their large Accounts Receivable / Sales Ledger Team, initially on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. Reporting to the Financial Controller, your primary focus will be to lead the team through a period of high accounts receivable activity, focusing on full cycle of management whilst delivering a continuous process improvement agenda. The key deliverables of the role include:-
- Overseeing and managing the timely processing of invoices ensuring targets and KPIs are met
- Driving and managing team performance, including team motivation, development and management of employee issues
- Ensuring that best practice finance processes and controls are implemented and adhered to
- Supporting the Financial Controller with process improvement initiatives across finance
This is an exciting and fast paced large team management role and in order to be successful in it you must have similar experience with proven large finance transactions team management skills.
The role is initially offered on a 6 month contract with the possibility of extending. Candidates should be immediately available or on short notice and able to interview during week commencing 14th September 2020.
