Sheridan Maine are working exclusively to hire a Payroll Team Leader for this great business. Supporting the Payroll Manager, this is a key role in a highly productive and effective team.
Duties include but are not limited to
- Day to day running of the team
- Processing the full payroll- end to end
- Dealing with all enquiries to the team
- Reporting on each month payroll as required
- Leading the team by example- hands on, working on a 7000 plus per month payroll
The ideal candidate will-
- be part or fully CIPP qualified
- have experience of running a payroll team
- have strong leadership skills
- previously 'owned' an end to end payroll run
- be technically strong
