Sheridan Maine are working closely with an innovative business based near Bournemouth who are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their evolving team through a period of incessant growth and positive change.
As the Financial Controller you will report into the Finance Director and will run a highly efficient Accounts Department while contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.
Key areas of management include; review of the statutory accounts, preparation of the consolidated group account, budgets, forecasting and group reporting and management account packs, as well as liaising with Auditors, Banks and creating business proposals and driving change initiatives.
You will be a Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Accountant, naturally personable, resilient and driven, with genuine passion and enthusiasm for business, able to demonstrate a commercial and strategic mindset, with strong management and leadership experience gained in a commercial business.
