Due to continued growth, Sheridan Maine are working in an exclusive partnership with an exciting business who are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Management Accountant on a permanent basis to support the finance team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager working in a fast paced team environment with study support available for the successful candidate in order to progress their career. Key duties include:
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts to strict deadlines
• Accruals and Prepayments
• Other month-end Journals
• Assisting with VAT returns
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Support the Finance Manager in moving the Finance function forward.
• Analyse cost centre reporting
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing business. The successful candidate will be a team player with experience working in a similar role preparing monthly management accounts, experience of using SAP or Sage would be an advantage.
