Sheridan Maine are working exclusively with an established client who is in need of an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for a period of 3-4 months. The role is offered as full time home working after 2 days training in the office in Dorchester. Ideally you must have your own computer.
The company are having a new system implemented so need support in the team.
This is a full end to end Purchase Ledger role and you need to be able to own the process and hit the ground running.
You must be able to commit to the whole contract.
Coding, and updating of purchase ledger invoices
Preparing manual and electronic payments to suppliers
The reconciliation of supplier statements
Dealing with supplier queries
You must be self-motivated, positive and pro-active with a solid and recent Purchase Ledger background. The ability to meet deadlines is essential whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
