Sheridan Maine are proud to be recruiting for a highly successful women’s charity working in the domestic abuse, sexual violence and mental health fields. Our client is looking for an experience HR Team Leader reporting to the Director of Resources and responsible for upholding the organisation’s policies and best practice guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process effectively from start to end, including advertising, managing applications, references, offer letters and employment contracts
• Oversee the delivery of the full employee life cycle, including new starts and leavers
• Work across other departments like payroll and finance to answer queries and identify potential issues
• Co-ordinate and manage the employee training programme
• Assist with the migration of current admin processes to Sage HR

Ideal Candidate:
• CIPD Qualification desirable
• Solid HR administration experience
• Previous team leader experience
• Strong Excel and IT skills
• Comfortable managing a busy workload whilst working to tight deadlines
