Sheridan Maine are working with a construction company based in Bristol who are looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger who can start immediately on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a industry leading business. We would like to hear from Account Payable professionals who ideally have sage 50 experience, the duties will include the following;
• Print supplier invoices
• Match invoices with Purchase Order Forms
• Post invoices on Service Manager System and/or Sage
• Reconcile supplier accounts and statements
• Resolve differences if amounts on invoice doesn’t match a PO
• Chase missing invoices
• Prepare supplier monthly payment run
