A highly rated business known for its luxurious service offering is currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join their established yet growing accountancy department.
Due to significant company expansion, the business is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to support the team with a variety of accountancy related tasks. Duties of the role will develop as the company grows however initially the successful candidate will be expected to undertake the following;
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Posting journals
- Inter company and recharge invoicing
- Posting payments and preparing regular payment runs
- Handling customer invoice queries
- Supplier statement reconciliations
To be considered for this interesting and exciting role, candidates must have proven experience of working within finance for a minimum of 2 years and have a sound understanding of accountancy knowledge such as credits and debits. It is also essential to have exceptional attention to detail as well as being a team player with good communication skills.
