Sheridan Maine is working on an exclusive basis to recruit an Accounts Assistant for a leading national business based in West Berkshire.
Reporting to the Finance Controller, the role will be responsible for a variety of key tasks including;
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Supplier statements reconciliations
- Preparing payments runs
- Credit card expenses
- Petty cash reconciliations
- Prepare payroll and submit to external bureau
The successful candidate will have experience of working within a busy finance role , with a proven background of purchase ledger/ accounts payable. Excellent communication skills are essential as well as an intermediate level of IT. The position will be recruited on a long term contract basis and will be to start in January/ February 2020.
