An expanding global company based in Bracknell are looking to welcome a Finance Assistant into their team on a temporary basis.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this all-encompassing position will involve the following duties;
- Posting of invoices and statements
- Liaising with the bank in regards to invoicing
- Producing credit reports for customers
- Bank reconciliations
- Reporting on debtor days
- Opening new accounts for customers and suppliers
This interesting and varied role will provide the opportunity for someone with previous experience in Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable to join a friendly finance team during a pivotal growth period of the company. Strong IT skills including Excel are required as well the ability to work well as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.
The company have modern newly refurbished offices and have free car parking onsite. The company are also accessible by public transport.
