This company are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their busy finance team based in Reading. The business offers fantastic career progression and study support for the right candidate.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• VAT Returns
• P&L and Balance Sheet management
• Cashflow duties
• Assisting with the production of management and statutory accounts
• Support the annual audit process
The successful candidate will ideally be actively studying towards an accountancy qualification such as CIMA/ AAT/ ACCA and will have previous Assistant Accountant experience. Strong IT skills are required as well as the individual being highly organised and able to work to deadlines.
