Sheridan Maine are currently assisting a reputable nationwide service provider in their search for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team based in Surrey. The opportunity will start out on a temporary basis with scope to move to permanent employment.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include:
• Processing invoices on a daily basis
• Raising invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Preparing and processing inter-group recharges
• Payment run processing
• Dealing with queries
Successful applicants will have:
• 2+ Years in a similar position
• High proficiency with Excel and good IT skills
• Experience building relationships with off-site teams
