Based in their head office located in Eastleigh, you will be working with a small accounts payable team. You will be expected to lead from the front and will be reporting directly to the Finance Department.
Duties will include:
• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Dealing with telephone enquiries
• Processing project adjustments
• Reviewing and clearing debit balances and prepayments
• Reviewing, clearing and accounting for 'held' invoices and
We are looking for a customer focused individual with previous experience of working in Accounts Payable. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables / v look ups), good communication skills and a target driven and hard-working attitude are key.
You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
