An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Analyst to join a recognisable brand with a national reach in the heart of Reading, on an exciting new Process Improvement role. In this Analyst role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead process and system projects, aiming to improve controls and overall efficiency
• Provide insightful, robust insights into financial processes
• Liaise with senior stakeholders across the business
• Provide training for the finance team on new processes and changes
In order to succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will be experienced in Change Management and Process Improvement with a background in accounting.
