Sheridan Maine are currently working with an established global business based in North Hampshire who are currently seeking an Accounts Clerk on a permanent basis.
The role will be reporting to the Financial Controller and will be responsible for the following key duties;
- Processing accounts payable invoices
- Credit control
- Payment runs
- Processing expenses
- Handling supplier invoice queries
- Allocating customer payments
- Statement reconciliations
The company require an individual who has some prior experience of purchase ledger working within a busy finance department. Good communication skills and the willingness to learn and work on your own initiative is essential. Candidates actively studying towards their AAT will be considered.
