Sheridan Maine are excited to be working with a global and innovative organisation. They are looking to expand their Finance Team based in Wimborne by recruiting a motivated and enthusiastic finance individual to take on the role of Assistant Accountant.
You will be responsible for accounting and transactional processes, delivering great customer service and effective financial control.
Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will support the transition between sites and implementation and ongoing delivery of effective accounting processes in a timely and accurate way.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Record transactions and post journals
• Analyse and reconcile accounts
• Perform intercompany reconciliations
• Compliance test and controls
• Accruals / prepayments
• Fixed assets
• Bank reconciliations
The ideal candidate will be part qualified studying ACA, CIMA or ACCA and be computer literate with advanced Excel.
