An exciting opportunity has come around for an experienced Purchase Ledger clerk to join an established business in the heart of Reading on a temporary basis.
Working within the Accounts Payable department of this business, duties include but are not limited to:
- End to end invoice processing
- Monitoring manual and electronic inboxes and resolving queries
- Contacting suppliers to resolve discrepancies
- Placing orders where needed
- Other ad-hoc duties as needed
A candidate who can begin immediately will have a significant advantage as the client is looking for an immediate start, the role will run for an initial 3 months with potential to extend. Previous experience in a high volume Purchase Ledger role is essential.
