The Company
Sheridan Maine is thrilled to be working with a well-established, reputable, and secure client - who is a global market leading organisation. Our client is offering a 12-month fixed-term contract to an experienced Sales Ledger.
 
About the role
This is a full-time office-based role where you will be working alongside a supportive team with a fanatic culture. Day to day tasks of a Sales Ledger include but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with Sales Ledger invoices.
  • Maintenance of the Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Liaise with Central Finance Accounts Receivable personnel.
  • Ensuring group finance procedures are adhered to with current
  • working practices.
  • Ensuring timely payments to vendors including manual payments.
  • Liaison with suppliers regarding disputes.
  • Account reconciliations
 
The person Specification
Our client is looking for a motivated, hardworking & enthusiastic individual. The ideal candidate will have:
 
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Accounts Payable processing experience.
  • Able to keep up with a volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work well in team as well as individually.
  • SAP and self-billing experience.
