Job Details

Responsible for assisting the Head of Finance to produce management accounts, budgets, various reports, outputs and financial analysis to enable the business to make well-informed decisions.

• Assist with month end activities where required including ad hoc projects to be delivered for the upcoming external audit and financial year end.

• Work with the team to prepare working papers and files in respect of the Annual Financial Statements including answering audit queries as required.

• Assist with the preparation and reconciliation of allocated balance sheet accounts for sign off each month by the Head of Finance for example payroll reconciliations.

• Work with the Head of Finance and the wider team to deliver appropriate business and financial analysis, as required, enabling senior management to identify and manage issues effectively.

• Support and carry out allocated tasks for the production of the first cut of budget numbers, challenge and review outputs including providing analytical review of outputs as required.
