Sheridan Maine are exciting to be working with a global logistics and transportation company based in central London and they looking for a Group FP&A Manager (9-12 month fixed term contract).
Responsibilities of the Group FP&A Manager include:
Coordinate the annual global budget process and forecast rounds – presenting and rolling out
Responsible for executive and board management reporting packs.
Responsible for delivery of budget for several executive cost centers, helping set budgets/forecasts ensuring performance is clearly reported and understood
Propose, develop and implement new performance KPI’s
Develop budget/forecast tools and models, and integration into the ERP system
Provide financial modelling evaluation and due diligence to any M&A or investment opportunities
Process improvement; assess, scope and redefine existing processes under own initiative; with appropriate approvals where applicable
Mentorship of any junior analysts – FP&A team across countries
To be considered for the role of the Group FP&A Manager, the following attributes are required:
Previous FP&A Manager experience required
Confident managing 4+ people
Ideally international people management experience
Experience working global business and worked on global budgets
Excel skills including: modelling
Ideally used: Hyperion or similar reporting system experience
