Our Hampshire based client is seeking a Financial Controller to join their team in a newly created position. The successful Financial Controller will work closely with the Finance Director and the wider business providing financial and commercial support to the leadership team.
 
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Responsibility for all aspects of statutory financial and management accounting
• Commercial accounting activities including project accounting and provision of analysis
• Responsible for leading and mentoring a team
• A range of project activities as required by the business

 
This position would ideally suit a qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with previous manufacturing sector experience and someone who can demonstrate strong commercial accounting expertise. The ideal candidate would also possess strong systems and financial modelling skills and have previously led a team.
