Job Details
Sheridan Maine are working on an exclusive basis with a growing manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Poole who looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their expanding Finance team.
Day to day responsibilities:
Processing purchase ledger invoices
Matching supplier invoices to relevant purchase orders
Supplier statement reconciliations
Producing aged debtor reports
Processing staff mileage and expenses
Providing support to the wider team
Resolving supplier and customer invoice queries and differences
The successful candidate will need the following:
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
Multi-currency knowledge would be an advantage
You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
