Sheridan Maine is partnering with an established organisation to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant.  The role will be based at their office in Finchley, North London and requires a motivated individual currently studying towards accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA/CA/ACA).
 
Responsibilities of the Assistant Management Accountant include:

• Assist with the production of month end activities
• Organise the production of the monthly board packs
• Preparation of various reports
• Maintain and review intercompany balances and investigate variations
• Maintain and review banking reconciliations and ensuring accurate posting of the daily cash items
• Assist in drafting the monthly accounts for review by the FC
• Assist with the production of invoices and ensure monthly credit control is undertaken
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Assisting with ad-hoc requests and providing support to Finance Managers when required
• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data to ensure reports are correct first time
