An excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation based in Hampshire, for an individual with company secretarial related experience. The company are able to consider someone working on an 100% remote basis for this position.

Reporting to a Senior Manager/Director you will work as part of a small team, mainly made up of accountants, to co-ordinate a range of client focused activities. This will include arranging, leading and minuting board/shareholder meetings with key clients and dealing with all the relevant filings and regulatory/statutory reporting requirements. Managing a Senior Administrator, there will be a range of wider administration duties to oversee including maintaining accurate records on company systems, electronic payments, quarter end billings and new client onboarding.

Ideally you will be ICSA Qualified, or studying towards, however "Qualified by Experience" candidates with relevant company secretarial exposure will also be considered. Some exposure to the investment/fund management sector would be an advantage or an environment where you are liaising with external clients.
