Sheridan Maine is proud to be working with a fantastic growing retail business in Gloucester who are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant. If you are currently studying or interested in a varied finance position and being a paramount member of this great business, then this could be the job for you.
 
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Purchase and sales ledger
  • Account reconciliation
  • Dealing with queries over the phone and by email
  • Process improvement
  • Liaising with store managers
  • Petty cash
  • Assisting with month end procedures
 
What you will need to be great for this role:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Recognised accounting software experience (Dynamics would be advantageous)
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to problem solve and use initiative to improve
