Can you speak German? Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator? Have you managed the full cycle accounts payable process including payment runs? Do you have strong communication skills and the ability to tackle difficult queries?  If so, we would love to hear from you.
 
Sheridan Maine are delighted to be working with an established European finance team who are based in London. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Finance Operations, where attention to detail is key for this position.
 
Your responsibilities:

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices with the correct coding
• Direct debit and credit card reconciliations to be chased and matched regularly
• Responsible for making sure that housekeeping and databases are constantly updated
• Supporting the company in order to reach financial targets 

• At least a years’ experience
• Fluent in German is a significant advantage
• Strong Excel skills
