Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with an established London based business to assist them in their search for a switched-on and enthusiastic individual.

As the Junior Office Manager, you will be based for three days at their north London office and 2 days at their head office in east London. You will be working alongside the Office Manager, ensuring that both offices run seamlessly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Meeting and greeting guests
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
• Covering reception and answering telephone calls
• Helping to organise team events
• Booking corporate travel, hotels and restaurants
• Responsible for ordering office supplies and keeping the communal areas clean and tidy
• General administrative duties
• Liaising with external contractors such as IT support to remedy issues
• Assist teams who require extra support
• Assist with the smooth running of the office
• Complete ad-hoc duties as required

What you will need to be great for this role:
• Experience of working in an office as an Office Assistant, Receptionist or Administrator
• Excellent verbal communication and eloquent writing skills
• Competent in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Friendly personality with a ‘can do’ attitude

This rate is exclusive and opts out of IR35.

You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
