Formed in 2012 Sheridan Maine London combines the talents of our 4 Directors with a team of experienced Finance & Accounting recruitment consultants who share the same commercial and ethical values in the recruitment process towards candidates, clients and colleagues alike. Our management team together has over 55 years recruitment experience within the Finance & Accounting arena.
With over 15 years experience in the recruitment industry Gavin has overall leadership responsibility for Sheridan Maine London, working closely with the rest of the senior management team to drive the strategic development and growth of the business. Gavin plays an active role in the recruitment of all internal staff into the company and their subsequent career paths through the business.
Unofficially: When he is not playing off a questionable 10 handicap, or
reminiscing about his time as a rep in Ibiza; Gavin unofficially manages a
North London football club… in his dreams!
Christian has acquired a wealth of experience during his career in recruitment, covering a broad range of sectors and with strong success within the Temporary & Interim Finance and Accounting market. As Operations Director he has responsibility for training and development across the business ensuring the ethos and
values of the company are consistently delivered.
Unofficially: No one dances to Christian’s taste of music in the
office, but then again no one dances like Christian. That’s when he
has not got his nose deeply entrenched in a history book. Yawn!
Having worked in the Finance recruitment industry for the last 18 years with a focus on the Financial Services market, Olivia has significant experience winning and managing key account relationships, business critical recruitment campaigns and volume hire projects for clients.
She works closely with the rest of the senior management team to ensure the overall client development and retention strategy is clearly communicated both internally and externally and that the highest levels of client satisfaction are maintained.
Unofficially: Olivia has three loves in her life – family, baking and a French Bulldog called Winnie! Those together with ensuring she keeps the three boys in the office busy and in check!
Following a successful sales career in the B2B Events
& Live Communications sector Lee transferred
his skills to the recruitment industry and has
established a strong record of achievement in
the Finance and Accounting recruitment market. Lee
has had particular success in developing teams of
qualified and part-qualified recruiters and is responsible for
driving the sales and marketing strategy across Sheridan Maine London.
Unofficially: Contrary to rumour Lee never was shortlisted on Pop Idol,
is not that good at skiing but he is a dab hand in the kitchen, so much
so, that when a recipe says to add red wine...he never asks to what!
