Sheridan Maine Managed Solutions incorporates the services of Sheridan Maine Accountancy, Sheridan Maine Finance and Sheridan Maine Executive to provide recruitment solutions from trainee / part qualified accountant through to Group Finance Director / CFO. The Division therefore has the capability to deliver the majority of a Clients finance and accountancy recruitment requirements and seeks to maximise this capability through establishing a closer working relationship with the Client.
Managed Partnership Solution:
This arrangement enables recruitment services to be delivered based on the cost of delivery with the savings generated being split between the Client and Sheridan Maine under a gain share agreement. A dedicated Account Manager is allocated to the Client to provide one point of contact and further strengthen the relationship to enhance candidate assessment and selection. This is supported by the Client receiving free access to online IT, Accounting and Psychometric assessments. The Client retains full access to the candidate market through maintaining relationships with alternative suppliers with complete flexibility to process vacancies outside of this arrangement.
Managed Account Solution:
This arrangement offers the benefits associated with a Partnership solution however costs are structured on a traditional percentage of salary basis.
